HOW TO FACE YOUR EXAMINATIONS: IMPORTANT TIPS

TIPS FOR ENGINEERING STUDENTS WHO FACING ANNA UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION

For the B.E/B.Tech you have to understand each and every concepts before you face your examination to get pass/top mark in all the papers.

QUESTION PAPER PATTERN:

10X2= 20 MARKS (10 TWO MARKS QUESTIONS)
16X5=80 MARKS (5 SIXTEEN MARKS QUESTIONS [INCLUDES SPLIT UPS])

12 TIPS FOR EXAMS:
  1. Don’t leave any questions unanswered. Attend all the questions (2&16marks), if you really don’t know about the particular question asked; write something related to that topic.
  2. Plan your time; take minimum of 30 minutes to write all the 10 two marks.
  3. Plan your time; take minimum of 30 minutes for each question, to write all the 5 sixteen mark questions in time.
  4. Write atleast 5/6 pages for 16 mark question.
  5. Stick the important key points with neat handwriting your first impression is the best impression.
  6. Don’t write big paragraphs. Write the important lines as a bulleted/numbered point.
  7. Use pencil to mark diagrams, use black ballpoint pen to highlight the key points.
  8. Important thing is, never leave the exam hall earlier.
  9. Picturise what you study before entering inside the exam hall
  10. Don’t try for malpractice. That’s sure a wasting of time.
  11.  Get yourself with proper sleep, food and don’t panic.
  12. Keep your pens, pencils, erasers, hall ticket etc. ready before sleeping in the previous day of your exam.

  • Have a mentality all the answers are write, whatever you are writing.
  • Boldly face the exam and perfectly apply your practices.
  •  The following are some preparation tips.”First you should know that there is nothing to fear about exams .They are just for making sure that you know the concepts well and to make you a better individuals .So don’t fear.”Worries only make things worse”.
  • ‘Preparation is a solution for facing exams boldly. If you are well prepared then you do not have to worry at all and it gives you confidence too”.
    “Revision is an important factor. You have to revise
    at least twice or thrice before the exam’’.
